Ipswitch Japan announced on September 11 that it would start shipping WhatsUp Gold v11 (Premium/Standard), the latest version of its network management tool, on September 25.
WhatsUp Gold is a monitoring tool for networks and applications in Windows-based environment. Version 11 features new Web application, workspaces with 100+ customizable reports, and enhanced IPv6 monitoring. Its main functionalities are: scalable Web framework with Jscript and AJAX, workspace with more than 100 types of reports, 50 New & Enhanced Full Reports, IPv6 monitoring function which allows monitoring of IPv6 as transparent as IPv4 platform, and others.
The product is priced at 648,750 yen for Premium Edition, and 498,750 yen for Standard Edition (both up to 100 devices), for example.
